@@blokkka9inety293 oh, shut up. The Glazers have more than backed the club with transfers - we’ve got a higher net spend over the last ten years than any team in the world. Over the past five years, we’re second to only City in the PL on net spend. They absolutely HAVE given the managers the transfer funds to achieve success. It’s not the Glazers fault the player recruitment policy is the mess that it is, but plastics like you sit there taking cheap and easy shots at the owners. If you really want to know what a vulture looks like, look at Mike Ashley’s reign as Newcastle owner.

I get the feeling that by the end of June, when the players return, he'll have everyone, from the pitch crew to the canteen staff, in the right frame of mind. Even before he's met a single player he's creating a better environment from which to build success. Hugely important considering what went on this season.

It really warms my heart to come back to this video because I believed in this man. He oozes confidence and belief that he knows he can turn it around at United. What really gets me is how he took time to learn what the club really means to fans historically and on the pitch. Let’s back ETH all the way. We will win and lose some but let’s not forget what he’s accomplished for us so far!

Besides mastering tactics and being able to identify and nurture talent, charisma is vital for a top manager. Based on this video, Erik Ten Hag displays all the traits and characteristics of a charismatic manager. I haven't been this excited in 10 years.

Ole did, SAF did. I daresay other managers took the time to meet the staff as well, but because it’s not posted on social media you make assumptions that this guy is kinder and therefore going to be a better manager based on the fact he’s shaking hands with the staff. That’s not how it works.

Freaking excited for this man with ten hag at the realm its a shame and disaster last season was so bad for ole and rangnick and wish rangnick for future of the austrian job but this is just a breath of fresh air new manager thats actually won stuff and can bring it to use has a certain swagger about him looks very sharp as the boss love the suit on him plus he has the nack of breeding youngsters through so that is ideal for us and seeing him going round visiting old trafford taking in the history is great to see of course ole jose etc did it before him but dont remember them going round shaking everyones hand making him feel so welcome is just great to see can tell ten hag is gonna be a success for us maybe not next season will take some time so we have to back him but really excited to see what he does with the squad this summer and then roll on july pre season first one in ages and then august when the ten hag era offically begins 😍

He’s has something in him that is missing from our previous managers. I dont know what that is but he looks to me like he’s determined to put this club back to where we belong. If he’s as determined, then all the more we should place belief and trust in our manager. Success isnt a one way street. It has to be earned. I believe we can do it. ETH my manager..
