I was actually telling a friend that the only farewell that is matchable to this is the one Sir Alex Ferguson got when he was retiring from Man Utd. Ajax fans and the lub is so classy in their acts. I am glad as a United fan and wish Ajax also well

From an Ajax Supporter… he brought the last 4 seasons the best brand of Ajax football since forever. You could really see it in the CL seasons. Beautiful attacking football and he really gets the best out of players on a detailed level. A great tactician. And especially what he implemented into the whole ajax organization was a championship winners mentality. If Manchester gives him the time, i will have no doubt that he will be and will make Manchester successful again. I think Dutch fans will follow him and Manchester very closely now, so i think you will gain some new fans from amsterdam. He deserves this transfer 100% 👏👏👏

Klopp did well even without the starlets he has now when he first arrived at Liverpool in 2015. Took a while, but he eventually won everything. Erik has the chance to aspire to something similar if he is backed properly. And I hope he is. 👍🏼👍🏼

@@smith549371 I know it's not the ideal standard but he did get Liverpool to the Europa League and EFL Cup final in his first season. Without those key players he has now. And he joined in the middle of the campaign. Then he started to bring in players and eventually challenge for PL and Champions League. And he hasn't looked back since. I really hope ETH hits the ground running. No matter which competition we're in.

The main problem now is fan patience/expectation. We can't expect 8-10 signings this summer or to win anything next season. We have to judge based on our team and what we have done this season, not based on what any other club or any other coach has done anywhere else. Top four and four or five new signings is what I'm hoping for and that's reasonable based on our performance this season and what our board have usually spent in new manager windows. Anything on top of that is a bonus. If you're expecting more you're setting yourself up for disappointment.

Erik Ten Hag has done wonders for Ajax, I'm quietly confident that he given a couple of transfer windows and working with the talented youngsters already at MUFC he'll bring back the glory days, saw a comment from ETH this morning saying he wants to qualify for champions league football minimum next season, clearly ambitious and confident in his own ability, exciting times ahead i believe. And to Ajax fans, thanks for the support you have given Ten Hag for his new role at MUFC

Alfred schroder is on his way to Ajax. He was assistant to ten hag at Ajax. They ‘grew up’ together at twente and he was already part of laying the new foundation as Ten Hags assistant. He just made Club Brugge national champs of Belgium. He has the same demeanor and philosophy as Ten Hag. He knows the Ajax organization and worked with a lot of players already. I think he can work of the situation that ten Hag left. We as Ajax will be OK. 👌

Even with all the Glazer out things, I have to say they made the right decision in signing Ten Hag and not Pochettino. And I’m not saying they should stay and they have been the reason for the downfall of this club

I mean it was mainly done by the fans, as there was a huge support for Erik Ten Hag and absolutely none for Mauricio Pochettino, and I believe that the Glazers were super close to signing Poch, but WE changed their minds, they knew that the fans were done with the results that we had received over the last 9 years.
