Erik ten Hag knows how to use a target player like Weghorst. He brought Sebastian Haller to Ajax, who is similar in playing style like Weghorst. Haller wasn't really succeeding at West Ham, but he made him into a goalscoring machine at Ajax and even became the fastest player to 10 goals in the champions league.

I like the ball passing within a roundly players. I think the aim is to make players pay attention of receiving the ball (specifically, under pressure) when their mate have it and to know where (right place) to put it,as AWB did it against City that lead to the first goal.
