I feel Antony doesn't know what style he wants to perform on the field. Next season he either has to be molded into a Robben-esque type and cut the tricks or use both feet if he wants to be a tricky flash winger.

You dont have to specifically have a profile like a player from the past. Every player is unique in his own way. I feel like Antony could play like Robben sometimes and add a lil sauce sometimes as well, in his own way

In the coming off season I think ETH needs to lock Antony in a room and just have him watch clips of Salah, Robben, Mahrez, Di Maria, David silva etc and then compare those with his clips. Then ask him what exactly is his style or what is he is trying to achieve because sometimes it can be hard to figure out if he wants to shoot, pass, dribble, even fight opponents. Either way he needs some intervention because the boy is clearly talented. But we just can’t figure out what that talent is, and we know it’s there because nobody can scam their way to a big club like UTD. Next season I think we will see the real Antony.

As Ferdinand said, I don't understand why he is trying to recruit a player who is somewhat old even while paying a buyout in a situation where he needs to reinforce another position. The offense should spend money on the midfielder, such as using younger resources. Having only older players is a recruitment policy that does not help or understand in the future. And that is fine , look at City with Haaland . A scoring NR 9 is so crucial to succes of a team . Hopefully United gets sold ASAP . So we have clearity to the future and know what is there to spend .
