It seems ridiculous to criticise a player who's doing so well in helping the team this season but his recent scoring streak made him get a bit ahead of himself in this game. I trust ETH will have a little word with him without knocking his confidence back.

It’s definitely heartbreaking that Casemiro is left out for our most important game of the league, but I believe Licha can play in Case’s place as a dm. Keep note that he can play dm, but Ten Hag needed a cb back at Ajax. With Licha’s great composure, ball control and reading of the game I believe he can play very well against arsenal.

i hate watching Rasford play so casually. He never even try to steal a ball or make his opponent difficult. He just let it go as if this game is not important. No spirit or eagerness at all. With that attitude a throphy gonna be hard to get. You should see Bruno or Casemiro everytime they play or even Rooney.

When you concede that late in a game after holding on for so long, it feels like a loss but hopefully Mctominay can put in one of his better performances for United against Arsenal because we have to play better as a team and perform in both halves or else Arsenal will walk all over us

Very true. The silver lining is that we'll get to see how much of a team United really is without Casemiro to stop attack after attack - and I'm pretty sure Arsenal will go all-out attack. If they fold, well, then we'll know the progress is not as much as we'd hoped. If United stand firm and concede no goals, and perhaps win the game, then we'll know how incredible the progress has been! The Arsenal game is truly the acid test, although we must remember this is only the halfway stage in the season and there will be plenty more opportunities to keep improving and perhaps gain enough points to take the title race to May. Also, United will have played both City and Arsenal twice already, and have taken at least 3 points from each of them.

The manager made the wrong subs. He should have brought on Garnacho for Eriksen, moved Rashford to the right and kept Weghorst. Later on he should have brought on Fred for Eriksen and later McT for Casemiro or bring on Maguire for Casemiro and played with a back 5.
