Man United is biggest club in the world that always felt like a family team because of Ferguson. It never felt like that again, with all the "superstar" coaches coming through. It always felt like we were trying to be Man City, Chelsea not building but buying . Ole makes it brings us down to earth again, it feels like my family team again.

Ole was very honest and unlike Mourinho he was very positive in the press conference. He has injected a lot of positivity into the club. Exciting times ahead for the club. The attacking football will be entertaining.

What a refreshing change from the sour mood under Mourinho. I love what Ole said about learning from Fergie on how he kept 25 International players happy and hungry. That is the key! Under Fergie everyone had a chance. You could never name our starting 11. That was the edge United had over the other teams. During the Christmas period, we pulled away from the other teams because the players were well rested and motivated due to Fergie's use of all the players in the squad. This kept players on their toes because someone was ready to take your place if you falter. Even the arch poacher, Ruud Van Nistelrooy never finished most games because Fergie will change him and bring another striker on. This cost RVN a lot in the Premiership goalking race as his main rival Thierry Henry always played 90 minutes and ended up scoring lots of late goals when the opposition defence was tired. Sadly, under Mourinho, Lukaku kept playing 90 minutes for games on end even when there was no end product. Matic never gets dropped though Fred, Herrera, Perreira, Mata and Pogba do not get the same chance. Hopefully Ole makes use of the entire squad unlike Mourinho.

So refreshing to hear a manager being positive about the team and the players and their abilities. Must be much nicer for the players themselves.

As an Arsenal fan, Ole was one of my favourite United players besides Becks, Giggs and Scholesy. Not afraid whatsoever of that admission. This Press conference alone just adds to how much respect and admiration I have for this man. For me, if he does the job well and exceedes his mandate... Solskjaer would deserve to be kept on to be able to build from the early success i hope he achieves. The Premier League is in need of it. Managers need to be given more of a chance. Granted, Mourinho worked well whilst Zlatan was in the side, however since he was allowed to leave, it went downhill.
