Lukaku don't derserve the hate at all in fact it should really be on sanchez because he has not been in form at all

Not in the last couple of games anyway. But there have been many occasions this season, where he hasn't been as hungry. His touches have let him down and his finishing wasn't up to par. Criticism shouldn't be confused with hating. They're two different things. Lukaku has never warranted hate because he's our top scorer from last season and you can still argue that on his day, he is our best finisher. However since there have been several occasions where he hasn't performed. Those criticisms were not misplaced. But right now, he's bang in form and deserves all the accolades that come with that. I will grant you that there have been many people who have hated on him unjustly. But they're either people, who don't understand football or just trolls. I've stood by my view that he's an important player for us. He offers something the other strikers don't. If we sell him, he won't be easy to replace so we should tread carefully regarding selling him.

I love Lukaku and his work ethic, this guy will always score goals on whichever team he plays for, the problem is that his style of play doesn’t really suit this team. With a supertalented middlefielder like pogba you need forwards who can bring him into play with smart movements, deft touches give and go and hold up play.

I've been increasingly impressed by Lukaku's recent performances, but this one takes the cake! Masterful performance against Southampton. Deserved to score a third and get the match ball. Very close to becoming an elite-level player, imo.

Let's go United, keep making us proud labs. We still got a tough run in but we have a chance if we take it one game at a time. I would be pleased with finishing 3rd and winning the FA Cup, I know we have what it takes. Bring in Sancho what a player the lad is, a couple defenders, and relieved Sanchez in the summer as well, that ll help us compete for the league next season.
