I really want any Clubs in the World can only sign from their Academy, Reserves Team Players. And cannot buy any players from other Club and only able to sign your Club Academy Graduated/Reserved players. And this will help unneccessary money spendings and no need Financial fair play Rules. And if a player want to go out from his Team, the players asked for free agent and only Free agent able to sign to another Clubs this rules will be used for every Clubs in the World. And the Arab Money, Oil Money will be useless and money does not ruined the Football...
