EPL 16/17 Manager with the highest no. of minutes given to Youths & Academy: Mourinho EPL 17/18 Manager with the 2nd highest no. of minutes given to Youths & Academy: Mourinho (1st was Wenger) And just in case you think that's because of Pogba, if we only included U23 players, Mourinho gave over 10,000 minutes to them per season. @@elitemartial1652 As a footballer, Greenwood is so much better than Lukaku. It doesn't matter about experience I'm talking about his talent. If you want to talk about experience then yeah Lukaku has more but in terms of technique and natural finishing Greenwood is miles better. I can guarantee by the time he is 25 he would be in contention for Ballon D'or.

Blanc is the best option. He knows the club and plays attacking football whilst also developing youth. He won League Titles with PSG and went deep into the CL regularly. For a short term role him or Zidane would fit well.

Not usually that fussed when seeing goals scored in youth games, but Mason Greenwood's performance gives me chills. Sometimes it's halfway in the back of the net before I've even thought "shoot". Absolutely lethal. I think he could still polish up the technical aspect of some of his finishing (better goalkeepers will stop some of those shots if he places them that nearby) but his composure and sense of timing look unimpeachable.

This particular batch wasn't as strong as previous years when Abraham, Mount, Hudson-Odoi, Christensen, Tomori, Chalobah and Reece James were all part of Youth Cup winning teams. This bunch still contained Billy Gilmour, Lamptey and Anjorin (who got a Champions League medal). Conor Gallagher looks well suited to the PL too.
