Rooney really let berba take the pen and was playing as the creator the whole game. The most unselfish player and still managed to get all them goals

Unfortunately, the reverse fixture where we lost to them most definitely costed us the PL to City... 😢😢😢 The two games which costed us most that season: Wigan 1-0 Man. Utd Man. Utd 4-4 Everton

The MUTV commentator said at the end "United always beat Wigan". He's jinxed us that title in December of that season.

I have to say that red card was a classic example of a referee having a pre disposed disliking of a player and jumping on him as soon as he does something remotely rough.
